2020 TWICE VIP Award winner Signature Kitchen Suite announced the launch of a new exclusive culinary content series aimed at giving home chefs the opportunity to cook virtually alongside world-renowned cookbook author Mark Bittman. The series is titled “Cooking in Your True to Food Kitchen,” and links to overall wellness during these times of being homebound.

As people are cooking at home more than they are probably used to, and maybe even running out of ideas, Signature Kitchen Suite is providing inspiration and enhancing the at home culinary experience through this innovative cooking series.

In each video, Bittman is joined by Nick Ritchie, executive chef from Signature Kitchen Suite’s Experience & Design Center in Napa. Together, they teach interior designers how to cook Bittman’s signature recipes from his iconic cookbook, “How to Cook Everything.”  Bittman guides designers through the recipe while Chef Nick offers some tips and advice along the way.  The end result is gourmet-level dishes that anyone at home can prepare. The video series will run over the next few months and explore a range of cooking modalities and delicious recipes.

In the first video, which you can watch below, interior designer Linda Engler learns how to prepare herb seasons fish and a tomato watermelon salad.
